Terms & Conditions — Invictus XI

Pre-Release Notice: Invictus XI is currently offered as free-to-play. Paid entry, wallets, and prize distribution are not active and will be announced separately at launch.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Invictus XI platform ("Platform") operated by HelioWave Power KE Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Niamey Lane, Nairobi West, Nairobi, Kenya.

By registering for or using the Platform during pre-release, you agree to these Terms in full. Paid contest terms in sections 3–5 apply only when paid leagues are launched.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in Kenya to use the Platform. We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any time.

3. Paid Contests (Not Active During Pre-Release)

During pre-release, Invictus XI is offered as free-to-play only. Paid-entry contests, entry fees, and prize pools are not active. Terms in this section and sections 4–5 will apply when paid contests are launched and announced separately.

4. Entry Fees & Payments (At Launch)

When paid contests launch, entry fees will be displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and must be paid via approved payment methods. Payment features are not available during pre-release.

5. Prizes (At Launch)

When paid contests launch, prize pools, distribution percentages, and payout schedules will be published on the League page before each season. No prizes are active during pre-release.

6. Account Conduct

You must not create multiple accounts, collude with other participants, use automated tools, or engage in any activity that gives an unfair advantage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and design are owned by or licensed to HelioWave Power KE Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed any entry fees paid by you in the current season, or zero during pre-release free-to-play.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
