1. Data Controller

HelioWave Power KE Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through the Invictus XI platform. Registered address: Niamey Lane, Nairobi West, Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Data We Collect

  • Registration data: name, email address, mobile number
  • Identity verification data (KYC) when required at launch for withdrawals
  • Payment and transaction data when paid features launch (not collected during pre-release)
  • Platform usage data: squad selections, transfers, contest participation
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, cookies

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account
  • To process entry fees, deposits, and prize payouts when paid features launch
  • To operate scoring, standings, and league administration
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • To communicate service updates and support responses

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on contract performance (providing the Platform), legal obligation (regulatory compliance), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and platform security), in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Payment service providers (when paid features launch)
  • SMS/OTP providers for authentication
  • Licensed EPL sports data providers (e.g. SportsMonk)
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
